In fact, this is not 'the truth.' Perfect Prism (that is, the intersil reference drivers) will only work on cards with Prism chipsets. Based on info I've seen, that excludes about a third of the CF cards on the market and most (maybe all) of the sdio WiFi cards.

The nice surprise (that I just learned last week) is that is does work with WM5 for the proper cards.

PerfectPrism didn't work for my sandisk cf + 128 then I bought other card. lets wait for the mailman.

Err isn't that a memory card? It seems to work for my CF WLAN card. My x51 is the cheap one without the wireless card built in. So I needed a wireless card.

The Sandisk card is both memory and WiFi. As I pointed out above, the Perfect Prism drivers only work with Prism-based WiFi cards (like your SMC). The Sandisk is not Prism-based.

I didn't know that. But I did find it on ebay. Shame, could use a card like that.
