Bluetooth Headphones
I just bought the Anycom BSH100 headphones.
I found them through a post on this site, so I just expected them to work on my Axim x51v but to no avail. Bluetooth on the handheld shows them in the list but they don't work.
I did not get a dongle (audio Adapter) with them. Does anyone know if with or without the dongle (audio Adapter) I can get them to work?
I have been reading other posts and none of them sound encourging.
Should I just send them back?
Dell have some on their site but they are much more money.

WM5's bluetooth stack does not currently support the A2DP profile, which is required for you to use the headphones with the Axim. Unfortunately this means you probably have to get headphones with the dongle.

Bluetake has a BT dongle, but I'm not sure if it would be compatible with non-Bluetake headphones. You might want to contact them to find out.

Moved to Accessories.

I like icombi, the WM5 update, whenever it comes out should work with bluetooth headphones, or dell better run and hide

I have reviewed these Anycom headphones here:
http://tuxtops.com/node/464
My version came with a Bluetooth Audio Gateway, it seems that you bought the plain version of the headet without the Gateway.

You need to pray that Dell will offer an upgrade to x51v users to Windows Mobile 5 AKU2 that supports A2DP and AVRCP.

I suggest itech S38 bt headphones
you can use your own favorite headphones, less dropoff, 7-8 battery time when listening music
