Hi - I ordered a black Sena Black x51v case without belt clip from axim-cases.com. However, the manufacturers are completely out of stock and it could be a couple of weeks perhaps. I have the option of changing my order to a black case with a belt clip, or to another colour.

My question is about the Ultra-Clip. Am I able to remove the belt clip in such a way that I can place my Axim flat on the table and write on it without it rocking about. ie. does the pin / pin housing extrude from the base of the case?

I like the black case as it doesn't draw too much attention to itself, but I want to be able to use my axim resting flat on the desk without it rocking around.

Any thoughts?

also anyone bought the same case recently? How long did it take to get your case?

oh yeah, I just got an email from axim-site saying that my order (black sena case without belt clip) has been shipped - so that only took about a week for it to come in from backorder - which is lots faster than I was expecting. It should arrive in Australia in a week or so i guess.
