Hey everyone, I just wanted to post a rave review of Innopocket here after a fantastic experience with them. A few months back, I bought their magnesium hardshell case for my x50v. It came and I have been loving it ever since. (Anyone who has it knows the look of awe people give when you ask them to try and bend the cover of your "plastic" case and they are unable to do so.)

Anyway, a while back, it dropped from quite a height and one of the clasps that holds the cover shut broke off. (My ax was perfectly fine after the fall and had not a scratch on it.) The case still worked after that, but the cover would not hold shut on its own and it would "clap" open and closed as I walked.

I emailed Innopocket about it a few days later. They asked me to send them a picture of the broken case and as soon as they received that, they notified me that they sent a fresh one out to me! That was awesome!!! No shipping charge to send the old one back nor to receive the new one! It just came today and fits my ax like a brand new glove.

Because of the quality of this case and the fantastic experience I had with this company, I give innocase.com a big time A+!

that is great.... I,too, have that case, but i don't have enough confidence in it to ask someone to try to bend it. i feel that it could be bent. but maybe i'm wrong,.... i'll never know, cause i am not gonna risk destroying my $50 case

I've broken 3 belt clips but my ax has survived 8-10 crashes to the floor without any problem. There's no better case for everyday use out there!!

Customer support is everything.I found that out after dealing with one of those on line"Surplus" stores.This company had none.I'm out a few dollars and I have a usless
ide-usb cable kit but thats ok,cheap lesson well learned.I will put Innopocket on my good company list.Thanks for the review.
