Hello Everyone,

I have a Krussel case with a swivel clip...

There is a small piece that you need to attach to the krussel case in order for you to connect to the swivel clip... that piece.. i have lost.

Does anyone know what i can do or where i can go to just find that piece?

it's probably less than half an inch in size ... i hope someone out there knows what i'm talking about..

any help appreciated

edit: i also tried sending an email to their help desk over a week ago, but they haven't responded. so i'm pretty much assuming they're ignoring me since i've dealt with them in the past and never had a response later than 48hours . (Their automatic response system even says no more than 48hrs before response)

edit2: I found it.. the thing i'm missing is next to the clip:

When ever I have had issues like the one you have listed I have always contacted the manufacturer for the missing/replacement part. Just a suggestion and of course IMHO.

I sent them an email as soon as i located them online.

Hopefully something good will come of it

I wanted to give any of the 63 "viewers" on an update on my missing "knob" as krusell calls it.

They were great and said they will be sending me a replacement knob once i send them my address... HOW GREAT IS THAT! :love:
