best value in-ear earphones

i am in the market for some in ear style earphones. i am looking for something that will help in noise canceling, but does not cost an arm and a leg. i am checking out some on ebay and just wondering if anyone has had any experiences with anything in the 30-50$ price range. thanks.

Check our the review of Sennheiser CX300 I posted here!

This Sony MDR-EX81LP/B is not bad neither! but can't measure up to the Senn. But at $22, It's a bargain..
