Has any one found a third-party product that will capture all of the personal folders under contact instead of just a folder named contact.

I have different context in different folders at home and at work.

As a free alternative, I keep all of my contacts in the "Contacts" folder, but assign each of them to a different category/categories. That way they all easily synch, but I can quickly pull up any subgrouping I wish.

Depending on how many contacts you have, there are a few shortcuts to assigning categories that can speed up the process.

Microsoft offers a free workaround for this issue called "Outlook PCS." It will add contacts from other folders to your main folder and assign a category...

Nice find, nieukirk! Has anyone tried this on a current version of Outlook? The link says it's only supported on Outlook 2000 and 2002.
