I am using innopocket for over a year and it's still great-besides few scratches and chips, but saved my x50v few times

I don't know about the x51 but for my x50v I have a Rhinoskin and I absolutely love it.

Thanks guys, can you place the axim in the cradle with either one of them.

I just go my axim today, after getting a little frustrated finally got wifi working. Then realized my screen had a rainbow hue on it, realized it was the dell case pressing on the screen, so i let it rest outside and the marks went away.

I love the axim. Just want to get a case, screen protector and bigger hardrive.

I'm still debating rhinoskin vs Innopacket. I like the top flip idea though.

Innopocket hands down.. Being a lefty, anything that opens to the right is a huge pain.. I converted 4 other of my left buddies from the rhino's to innopocket. I started with the rhino, but didn't care for it after 10-15 minutes of actually using it. Besides, there is just something sexy about magnesium.

However, after having my axim in the rhino for about 1 hour (brand new) it fell off my belt clip about 3 feet into rocks.. Didn't hurt the axim at all, and only a minor scratch on the rhino.. With either case, I STONGLY suggest you locktite the "button" on the case if you plan to use the belt clip.

Just thinking... what about to the WiFi or BT "range" with those cases?
Do they work as a shield for the RF ?

No, you must use a sync cable instead of the cradle if you want to keep your Ax in its case. I don't think there is a hard case that let you use the cradle. I don't miss the cradle at all, though. Magnum all the way!

I don't think either of them does. I have the Magnum, and I get very good Wi-Fi range.

I bought an aluminium case from Pacific Rim. I didn't receive it yet. It was very cheap, I hope it works ....
I can see the preferences here are splited between Magnum and Rhinoskin...
