I ordered the Innopocket Magnesium X51v case and a spare 1100mAh Mugen battery for the X51v, how quickly do they usually ship out? I don't want to use my Axim (coming within 1-2 days) without them. I read a horror story on these forums through the search function of them not shipping for over a month! Are they normally like this!? Also, do they email you a tracking # when it ships?

I placed an order on the 21st, they sent me an email today on the 24th saying it shipped, but the tracking number only says "shipping information received" as of yet.....

If you had it sent via USPS, then that is all their website will ever say. The website said the same thing when mine was shipped. USPS doesn't work like UPS or FedEx. You won't be able to actually track it's progress during it's shipping. Then, after you receive it, the website will show that it was delivered. I think USPS is more for delivery confirmation than actual tracking of packages.

By the way, I ordered mine last week and it was here within two business days. Very fast shipping.

I did not know that there were horror stories around...Our policy is to ship orders out in less than 24 hours. Usually orders placed before 10am are shipped out the same day. If you place an express order with us before 12pm-1pm it will usually also go out the same day. Given that the product you ordered is "IN STOCK" our average delivery time is 2-3 days (48 states), that is how much time it takes for you to receive an order with STANDARD shipping option. If you selected Express shipping - delivery time should be around 1-2 days.

I received my order perfectly... I found some horror stories through google searching about the site, but due to recommendations here ordered anyway. I will leave resellerratings feedback tonight or tomorrow :). I recieved my case from them today after getting notice of shipment on the 24th. Not bad for usps priority(2-4 business days). And yes, usps tracking is kinda wierd.
