Yeah, I've noticed a developing wobble in the hinge of my Rhinoskin...
First and foremost: Remove PDA from case before trying any repairs. In other words, don't temp fate...
You can try several things. First is to just tap the pin back in, as one end (the end coming out) should already be crimped in a way to make that end fit tight in the hinge. If you tap it in and feel some resistance, this is good as it means it just worked itself out a bit. If you get the end in to fit flush with the hinge put a small drop of nail polish (clear works fine, unless you want a spot of color...) or a small drop of superglue on the end that came out to help seal it in. DO NOT PUT TOO MUCH as it can get into the hinge system and prevent the lid from opening.
Another option is to remove the hinge pin, put a SLIGHT curve in it, and reinsert. This will make the pin fit tighter in the hinge assembly and discourage it from working out again. Use a drop of material on the end as outlined above.
If all else fails, and if you have access to a punch, a small hammer, and something to crimp with (like pliers, or a vise) you can take the pin out, crimp one end (by crimping, I mean compress it to slightly flatten it) and reinstall. When the beginning of the crimp reaches the hinge, lightly tap it in with the punch and hammer (LIGHTLY! you don't want the pin to bend badly). Make sure you support the other end of the hinge on something solid, to aid in pin reinsertion.
Good luck, and if you're the slightest bit unsure or uncomfortable doing any of these, then don't. Get someone who feels more assured to help out.
