Sure, there are many cases out there that can store your Axim, extended battery, original battery, and cover, as well as a 6-pack and ham sandwich. They're also called fanny packs or camcorder bags.
Why do you need to tote around the original battery and cover? If your extended battery doesn't have enough juice, try getting a travel AC adapter or AA battery charger. If you want a case just for the extended battery, there are many on aximcases.com. I use a black PDair with a Nite-Ize holster on my belt, and even that's a tight fit due to the extended battery.
