Not much chance. However, several shops offer the service.

Check out Pocket PC Tech, among others.

Be aware that this voids your warranty though.

I always see that add at the top of the site about upgrading the x50v from 64 to 128, and since the 50 and 51 are almost the same, they can probly upgrade your axim too, like the post above said.
