I dont expect a "universal" keyboard to be good for 20 years and 10 pda's but I am disapointed that my keyboards only lasted for one device.

I would see if I could get a Customer Service rep on the line, and make your complaints known to them. Ask who the President of the company is, who the Chairman of the board is, and how you can contact them. Point out that (in the US anyway) there are truth in advertising laws, and that if they have EVER sent an ad for one of these units throught the US mail service, then Postal Fraud laws may be relevant.
OK, now for some hard reality - All of the above is just to get you to someone willing to go the extra distance to take care of your issue. You should always be polite, firm, call each person by name, and ask them specifically what they can do for you. Work the above questions and comments into the conversation WITHOUT any tone of threat in your voice. They will soon understand that they cannot dismiss you without it causing an issue for them personally.
This may seem like it is too much trouble, and that is a decision you have to make, but even if you do this every time you have a problem with a company, and you only get what you want 50% of the time, that is still 50% more than if you did not try, and you get the satisfaction of having "won" a few times.
