I just bought the Arkon CM 720 for my Axim X50v.I have rea a couple of mixed reviews about the mount and am now having 2nd thoughts. I am thinking if its as bad as some reviews say , then i will return it. What do you guys think ? What other options do i have for a powered mount for the axim X50v

While driving with the mount fixed on my windshield i noticed that it shakes a lot..too much !! I am thinking of returning it next week. can anyone give me a better powered mount name. which i could buy for my aximX50v to end this misery

Maybe you are mounting it too high, using just the windshield to secure it. Try mounting it in such a way that a part of the neck is touching your dashboard, that way it will prevent shaking. Also, secure all locking mechanisms. I have the same mount and I find mine very stable. Give it a try, if it doesn't work for you then return it.
