Problems with extended battery
I've bought 2250 mAh extended battery for my Axim x51v from batteryupgrade.com and having very strange problems with it.
I charged it for 4 hours, installed in my Axim, the battery indicator shows 100% charge. But after few minutes it shows 0% and I have system nitification that "battery is very low". I dissmissed it, and after minute the indicator shows 100 % again. After that battery was working for about 8 hours with maximum brightness, wirelees, bluetooth and CPU speed, but system notifications were coming from time to time and indicator was showing 0, then back to reasonable number again.
I discharged batterry, then charge it again. The same story. I complained to batteryupgrade and they send me new battery (the same type). They were very quick, really good service. But with new battery the story repeats.
What it could be? Battery is not compatible with Axim x51v? But the label says it's for Dell Axim x51v. May be I am doing something wrong? Need to recharge it several times?
With standard 1100 battery which comes with my Axim it works fine. Also it seems works fine with Mugen 3300 extended battery. I've just got it, was using for one day, and no problem so far.
Does anybody have the simmular problems with extended battery?

Clean your battery contacts, perhaps? I would have said, discharge, recharge, in order to reset your battery's charge monitor.

I've also ordered the 2250mAh batteries from batteryupgrade.com and I've had no problems with them. I didnt get the MUGEN batteries. Did you? I'm really impressed. Theese were really cheap batteries. They didnt even cost a 4th of what Dell charges for their own (and that was even with the freightcost included).
