What does a usb host do ??

and can it run a 8 inch touch screen monitor ??

I Have a CF husb host card by ratoc http://www.ratocsystems.com/english/...ges/cfu1u.html. It adds a usb port to your PocketPc, so you may connect various hardware: flash memory, keyboard, mouse (with appropiate drivers), and if you connect a powered usb hub, you may further expand the possiblity (i've actually connected a2.5" usb HD). Regarding the screen: I'm too looking into it, for what i've seen until now you'll need: Axim V version (x50v-x51v) that has vga-capability, vga adapter cable (named presentation cable) and a screen that support usb mouse emulation.
