Replacement x51v Stylus?
I've lost the original Dell x51v stylus. Any suggestions for a replacement that fits the stylus silo?

Thanks,
Jim

Thanks for the links. I was wondering if there are other alternatives that I can pick up locally.

You could always try eBay. I got a pack of 3 styluses from there for half the normal price.

I tried to buy a pack from one seller and got screwed. So, I'm a bit hesitant going that route again. I was wondering if any of the Palm styli might fit. Several are sold as Staples or CompUSA.

I've used the Palm Zire ones - they don't fit. Ditto the HP ones for the hx2000 and rx1900 series. You may want to see if anyone wants to split the cost of a pack or two of stylus with you or something, or post on the Classified forums.

I been using PPCs since 1997, and this is the first time I lost an OEM stylus. I have plenty of other company's styli as well as 3rd party style/pens, but none fit. The Dell silo is narrow.

I guess I'll bite the bullet and try ebay again. The Dell OEM costs just don't make sense. Thanks everyone for your suggestions.

Yes, I ended up buying from an ebay retailer. I got one of the 3in1 replacements.

Boxwave makes the best 2 in 1 stylus for X51v IMO
