The handheld (Bluetooth) pairs perfectly with my DELL Latitude 520, but although it recognises the presence of the NAVTEQ bluetooth unit, it posts a yellow question mark [?] in front of it. Neither manual nor automatic pairing works. Any ideas how to sort this?
