Audio output X51

I have bought several 3.5mm jacks and all will play one side left or right and both without a reliable connection. Is there a plug to work thru the bottom port that has RCA ends and/or where can I find a reliable 3.5mm adater that will work?

Welcome to Aximsite!
Make sure to push the plug All the way into the connector. the x51 is notorious for having stiff jacks. both of mine were the same. just push till it clicks and your set.
