hello -- I was wondering if anyone know of any bluetooth ear buds for the x51v... I want something really small, un-notticable, and works with the x51v.
anyone have any good links? or first-hand experience on small EAR BUD EARPHONES
No... no BT earbuds that are small AND unnoticeable - the Ety-8's have HUGE attachments; then again, it'd be hard to run them without such things, as the buds require batteries as well as places to put the controls.
I use the BLuetake i-phono mini (BT-450rx) with my x51v. They are not earbuds, but are as small as the ety-8's. They work great. I use them for Working out and around the office. The only thing i do not like about them is that there is a small blue LED that blinks occasionally while operating. BTW to use A2DP and AVCRP, i had to install the widcomm stack...

Christmas brought me the requested iTech R35 Clip Bluetooth headset and Etymotic ER6i ear-buds. Great combination! The R35 works with Bluetooth phones and my Axim X51V. The "Clip" clips to your shirt or pocket. It comes with a single ear-bud for cell phone use, and with a stereo set for music. The HUGE plus is that you can plug in any headset or earphones that use a 3.5mm jack. That's why I bought the tiny Etymotic ear-buds. I wanted a high quality set with good noise rejection (for those long airline flights) to use both wired and via Bluetooth.T he best price I found was Amazon.
I had to install the Broadcom stack for the Clip to work. I haven't spent time to try to get the playback control buttons to work and don't know if they ever will.
hmmm, the plemix clip looks promising, but it would be better if it had a mic for phone use

For clarification Plemix is the online seller I used. I chose them for their US presence and low price. The product is the iTech R35 Clip. I does have a mic and supports the bluetooth handsfree protocol. It also has a buzzer in it.
