The mouse paired... but I got no cursor!
Ok, I finally got my BT mouse. took 2+ weeks, then it didn't come with any info so I had to go look up the passcode (I'd sware I tried 0000 but...)

Anyway, it paired and it's showing up as connected (I asume... for hte life of me I cant find the 'signal strength' info in the MS stack...) --- the BT Icon turned green and I have no oter BT devices connected, so I'm asuming...., but I got no cursor on my screen...

Any suggestions? I've set it as an input device, I've reset it, I've reset my Axim... nothing seems to work! please help!

EDIT:
oh yea, Axim X51v, A12 rom, MS BT stack.

What kind of mouse? Did you load drivers that came with the mouse?
If it does not have dedicated drivers, are you sure you have the HID or mouse profile available?

It's a logitech travel mouse (came with a zip-up pouch) but that's all I know.

I'm asuming it's using hte right one because it had the option "input device" checked when I paired the two. It may not have the right profile, how can I check? or is the easy answer to this 'install teh widcomm stack'?

I have the widcomm stack loaded so I can't say what is in the MS stack.

From the first post in the state of development thread, it does not appear that the widcomm stack has a mouse profile, just a keyboard, but you would have to ask
one of the developers to be certain.

You might also see if logtiech has drivers for wm5 or if anyone has modified something to work. Good Luck.

Just thought I'd add that I did install the widcomm stack and it said that my mouse had no useable services...

I did a little research and from waht I've seen, only one mouse (think outside) works with the X51 series, but there is supposed to be a hack to use any mouse --- I've not found it yet though...
