I would just buy a simple case with a belt loop and then buy a velcro strap or some other suitable arm belt. Most computer shops or camera shops will have cases that should work for this, for not much money.

You know - I was in my both SuperTarget and BestBuy today and they had a ton of accessories in the iPod and MP3 section designed specifically for what you are wanting to do. Why not just buy one of the generic MP3 carriers that is large enough for video iPods or small CD players (I saw some at Target so I know they exist) and will fit around your arm, etc? Seems like that would be the easiest solution and would require the least hassle.

LOL, [I love that drawing! Don't quit your day job, though :-P. By the way, if you want to listen to music, there are much much lighter alternatives than the Axim like an iPod Nano or Sandisk Sansa. Have you looked into getting a dedicated mp3 player? I play freestyle footbag, and my X50v is way too heavy to be jumping up and down with. I dunno, if I had to run with my Axim strapped to my arm, you'd soon be able to tell which arm it was...
About special mp3 players... Well, I have axim that I really like ;). moreover, I bought bluetooth headset that should arrive in several weeks, so I would like to use it with the axim.
I am considering buying a mobile phone to use as mp3 player later (now i do not see good offers for reasonable price).

I dunno, it seems like the Axim is not suited to do what you want. It is simply to big, not to mention the possibility of it flying off your arm or you banging your arm (and Axim) against something, potentially breaking it. Personally, while I have my Axim, I would rather just get a dedicated MP3 player. And the small Sandisk ones are getting fairly cheap for large amounts of songs.
