Hi Guys,

I'm going to use my X51 on a long overseas trip and rather than carry a laptop, I want to see if I can just use my Axim for email and Skype.

Having used a lot of internet cafes, I've found that available wireless is rare in some countries, but it is pretty easy to find a cafe that will let you plug into a wired connection.

Any recommendations on a wired ethernet card that can be easily used on the Axim so I can just plug into an internet connection that gives out a DHCP address, get on the internet and exchange my email? I'm guessing you can't just use "any" PC card with the WM5, correct?

Welcome to Aximsite!

I know Socket Communications makes a card like this (plugs into your CF slot) but I don't know anything about it. Pocket wireless routers have gotten popular lately. These might be easier to find (and perhaps cheaper).
