Battery option!!

Just an observation. I noticed on the Dell site that they dont offer extended batteries for sale for the x51v. So If I wanted to purchase another battery for my Axim where do I go? Are there any other batteries on the market that are safe and recommendate for use with the Axim?

I'm not sure what to do when my battery goes bad?

I bought a 3300mAh battery from here w/ a "Piel Frama hi batt case" to fit :D
I recommend that if you're using the X51v for all its got but they do have 1100mAh (your standard size) 2200mAh & 3300mAh batteries.

Mugen bateries from aximcases are very good. I've got 3300 for myself. It feets in sena case for extended batery. And also got 1800 mah for my husband plus standard sena case. Very happy with that. We both have x51v.

Quick question....
For those who have ordered a case from this site....are the clips on the cases the type that have to twist the screw in the back (and have to twist every so often)?

I have damaged a few of my PDA in past because I forget to twist once in a while and have gotten out of my car and the case falls on the ground from my waist.

Thanks again for the site....I just ordered a 3300 battery from here. :approve:

I have had both, my Sena had a fixed post that could not be reomved; the Rhinoskin is a screw that needs a drop of superglue to keep it in place; the Piel Frama however is removeable and not as obstrusive as the Sena post but I have had one for years and it has never need to be tightened up.
