Icon13 CASES.COM - Any Problems?

Hi,

About 3 weeks ago, I placed an order with cases.com for a Sena Case and a 3300mah battery for my x51v. I received the order quickly; however, I didn't receive the clip that went with the case. I emailed cases.com immediately, and they said they would send me the clip. It has been 2 weeks since the first email - I have emailed 2 more times since then, but no reply (and no clip). Has anyone else had a problem with cases.com?

Thanks in advance,
Pam

Never had a problem either - always excellent service and advice - try them again this is probably just a hiccup.

Never had a problem with them so far but I do have an outstadning e-mail out with them about an issue with a bad battery which will hopefully be resolved early this coming week. Give them another try.

Thanks for all the replies - I thought that they we good. I guess this is just a "hiccup". I think part of the problem is if you send an email to cases.com you usually get a reply, but you can also send an email to alurion.com, too. I think maybe having two different customer service emails is a bit of a problem - unless the emails go to the same person.

No problems here based on two orders. One order shipped the incorrect case. I contacted them via e-mail, received a RMA number, returned the case and then received the correct case. I would definitely order from them again :approve:.

Update

Hi everyone,

I just wanted to let you know that CASES.COM replied to my emails and sent the clip out yesterday. I still don't understand why it took almost 3 weeks. But,
I guess it is important that the situation will soon be rectified.
:)
