I purchased the Delorme GPS BT-20 and I also have the maps for Dell's navigation. The Delorme's GPS BT-20 will not work with the Dell map software. Can someone tell me if that is correct or I just have not configured the setting right?

You can. Just make sure that you set up the device as a trusted connection. There is a flash tutorial at the following link.
