Does anyone know if Think Outside will replace a ultra slim bluetooth keyboard with a broken hatch?

They have been great to me. I got three stands when I told them one broke. Shipped out immediately. Also they replaces an iGo tip with next day mail when a pin was bent. They are very responsive. My M key just popped off of my keyboard. I need to call them on this. I would immagine the same service again.
