Clear, slick screen protector?
I've got a new x51v and I want to keep my baby's screen pristine. I'm gentle with a stylus and like the feel of the naked screen, and screen clarity is very important to me. So basically, I want a screen protector that I don't even know is there.

What do you folks recommend? Right now I'm looking at the invisibleSHIELD (liking the sound of the lifetime guarantee) and the Boxwave ClearTouch Crystal.

Both are crystal-clear, but the Boxwave's the only one of the two that'll give you the 'naked screen' feel if you buy the Boxwave Crystal. I can attest to that from experience.

However, I -have- managed to scuff up the former with barely a few weeks worth of use, but your mileage may vary.

Definately won't get a naked screen feel from the invisible shield. I would recommend an Exim brand off eBay. I have had mine on for a long long time and it's barely scratched, is slick like the regular screen and I don't even know it's there.

I've had both.you can't even tell the cleartouch crystal is there but it scratches about as easily as the screen. the invisible shield feels kind of stretchy like rubber to the stylus and is hard to apply. If you are gentle then I would recommend the cleartouch.

Hey...just wanted to give a thumbs up to Boxwave. I ordered some screen protecters on Friday with just regular old shipping, and they actually arrived today (Monday)! That's some service.

Oh, and the screen protecter looks great too.

currently I am using Screen Patronus
it's thin and clear, and it appears having good scratch resistance
but it's hard to apply, and it has a little peel on the edge
I used one with my audio player, and I am happy with it
and I think I will get another for X30m and HX2495
