X50V AC charging options
I am a new Axim user, as I was recently given an X50V with USB cradle and AC power supply. I plan to keep the cradle and AC unit at the office, and so am in need of another power supply to use at home or take on the road.

SO, other than the standard Dell AC power supply and AC adapter dongle, what other options would make sense and are known to work well/reliably?

You can get a USB sync charge cable for home, but note that you will only be able to charge when the device is powered off because the X50 and X51 series are power hogs. See this thread for more details:

http://www.aximsite.com/boards/x50-x...e-warning.html

To charge in the car, just get a car charger specifically for the device. Other chargers (some of the Ipaq ones) may work as well, provided they have the same specs as the one for your device, but will require the AC adapter dongle.

I picked up the Belkin travel charger, which is a USB sync cable + AC adapter + Automobile adapter.
