I just bought the Motorola S9 Bluetooth stereo headphones and had some problems getting them to work with my X51v. The sound cut in and out. Actually, it was more like the media (movie/music) would play for 2 seconds then back up one second, etc.
(with both TCPMP and Media Player).
After some playing with it, I think I've got it working right. Here was the trick:
1. Power on the S9 headphones.
2. Turn on bluetooth on the X51v.
3. Pair the two and set the S9 to "Wireless Stereo" if it doesn't do it for you automatically.
If I turned the bluetooth on the X51v on first, it wouldn't work right. I had to turn on the headphones first. Strange, but it works.
How do they sound? (I have looked into BT headphones, but they sounded like only medium fidelity and various connection glitches.)
TIA
the frequency range is poor at both high and low frequencies. i had a pair of logitech pulse headphones for a day (they dont work with x51) and they sounded great comparatively. but the s9 does the trick. i can trade poor sound for no wires and easy functionality.
i did have a problem with audio cutting out while linked to my cell phone and walking briskly. i moved the phone from my front to back pocket and it was ok. i think it was the phone.
The problem is really the BT on the x50/51 isn't designed for A2DP and AVRCP
The A2DP profile is introduced in AKU 2.0 of Windows Mobile

I bought these and I can't get them to work with my Axim X51. I does connect wtih Bluetooth and for a couple seconds I get an icon flashing on top of screen that looks like a pair of headphones.
When I try playing music, though, it just stutters, if I get anything.
I am using Pocket Player 3.5. I've tried with WIndows media player as well, which doesn't play at all.
