Hi there,

I've been Googling and from the looks of things all I can find is 2200mah batteries for my X51v and I was wondering if that is indeed the maximum capacity battery?

If not if someone can steer me in the direction of a higher capacity battery it would be much appreciated.

Look at cases.com site. They must have 3300 mah mugen battery for x51v. I've bought one from them one year ago and very happy with it. They also have a range of cases for extended batteries. I use sena case.
You can use 15% aximsite discount.
They ship stuff very fast. I bought few times from them and it always took a week to get it here in New Zealand.

Although I do not have one, I believe that there is a problem with the 3,300 mAh battery that when it is installed the Axim will no longer fit in the cradle.

If I was you I would buy two 2,200mAh batteries. They available very cheaply now. You can charge one in the Axim and the other in the back of the cradle. If you do this, I strongly recommend the Sena case. It is the only case which allows you to chage and sync the Axim in its cradel without taking it out of the case which saves a lot of hassle.

I agree with Galina. Cases.com give excellent service. They sell the Sena extended battery case.

So is the 2200 mAh batteries the same size as the 1100 mAh standard OEM that come with the X50v and X51v?

Do the extended batteries bother anyone else? I mean the life is great, but it's not so handy when trying to use at your desk.
