There are WM6 and WM6.1 ROM upgrades on the internet for the X51V. Both of these upgrades enable the X51V to recognize SDHC card. I have a 16gb SDHC card in my X51V right now with full access to its total memory.

There's an SDHC patch on the net for the "official" ROM that will work with SDHC card up to 4GB.
You'll need "custom" ROM if you want to use >4GB SDHC card.
