X50 / X51 stylus

Hi!

After using my stylus for about 2 years it was a bit worn out. Since it is easy to get those widely promoted 3-in-1 stylus I got a package of them. After about a month (1 guess) this stylus was worn out ... the quality is so much worse than the original that I am soon running out of them again ... only got one left (I suppose).

Now I realized that the original stylus are not really sold that much any more. (not to talk about Dell - they must think these things are made of gold - judging from the price they expect you to pay for it).

Does anybody know a cheaper source (in Europe) to get original stylus? Before PDA Max - Kompetenzzentrum für PDAs, Smartphones und mobile Navigation (PNAs) used to sell them - now it seems they don't any more ...

thanks for any idea ... (who really needs a ball-pen if he has an Axim? And then this thing comes in so unhandy that the ball-pen in my swiss-knife is way more useful ... ppl should really consider that - by Victorinox :-))

Daniel

What else do you use your stylus for, my stylus is the original one that came with my unit 2 1/2 years ago!

well ... that is what I am saying.
My first stylus still looks much better than the one I used now (replacement - non-original). Seems however that I am using mine more often than you yours cause mine was a bit rusty - so I wanted to replace it about half a year ago ... Just do not think those replacements would be as good as the original ...

Personally, I don't like the small-ness of the stylus.

I prefer a #2 pencil and use the eraser end for stylus functions.

Stylus

Penn State Industries (Penn State Industries) has a stylus refill for a Cross-style pen. Works great. Even has the kits to make the pen. Just search the website for "stylus".
