I have an Axim X51v with the A01 ROM (08250500) and a Plantronics Voyager 855 Bluetooth headset.

They found each other just fine, but when I check the Services to use, the box is blank. I cannot find any way to re-direct the audio from the built-in audio processor to my headset.

From what I have read, there was a problem with the Microsoft stack several years ago that prevented partnerships from being made, but that is not my problem.

So what is the recommended course of action?

I'm probably wrong, since I'm rather new to the whole bt headset thing, but I was rather under the impression that wm5 doesn't actually support stereo headphones and that you needed the widcomm bt stack (or perhaps just the Tornado ad2p thing I've seen around) to get actual stereo headphone support.

On another note, I'm pretty sure the most recent axim x51v rom is A12 (that's what mine has), who knows what they have fixed or changed since A01, or if that could even be your problem.

I can say that I'm running the A12 rom, with the widcomm stack and my Helium HDBT-750 paired up and worked fine the first time. (Considering I'm still trying to sort out all the bt stuff, I was pretty impressed.)

If you fancy an upgrade to WM6.1, then you'll find all your bluetooth woes have been resolved. Mine paired instantly with my Plantronics Pulsar 590A and instantly worked with stereo audio :)
