must be a story somewhere buried in that comment.
For the record, I always had above average (dare I say excellent) and always prompt service from Dell when I spent 6 months warranty replacing 400 Axim handhelds.
San Salvador was always easier than India, so I tried to call in the morning, rather than evening when calls went south instead of east.
