I would to know if there is a Tuner tv on SD/CF card..

They do exist, heres an old thread on a cf tv tuner card:
CF TV Tuner Card

The problem is, most of them are costly, and i cant find one for sale that picks up digital broadcasts.

Sure, you could hook it up to cable or a dtv box, but then it isnt portable, and it kind of defeats the purpose.

if you have wifi/3g access on your axim A better solution may be ORB or a slingbox

lol yea definitely will not work 2 months from now when tv goes all digital so its worthless.

You could also get a Slingbox for home and get the PDA/Smartphone software to watch your TV anywhere you have a high speed wifi connection, broadband at home required.
