Hello all I have TomTom Gps on my Del Axim x50v and need to reistall the program. The orig. owner did not give me the program does anyone were I can get it. thanks dzuccarini

If you don't have the install disks, then you don't own the program. It's just that simple.

So, contact the original owner and get the install disks.

Unfortunately the software for the tomtom is not freeware. So unless you can get the person who sold you the gps to get you the software you are SOL.

U could buy the software yourself, but if it was supposed to be included with the gps then obviously you should have gotten it.

TomTom Navigator 6 (with bluetooth GPS, software, and US/Canadian maps) can be found on eBay for $25. The software & maps alone can be found for $10. TomTom no longer updates the maps for this version. The latest version is Navigator7 and is not supported on the Axim platform. It may work if you upgrade to Windows Mobile 6.

If you've ever done a complete backup of your PDA you should be able to reinstall the original program as loaded when you received it.
