I was always really big on using Brando screen protectors on my previous PDAs. However, I have not used a screen protector at all since I got an X3i quite a while back. Yes, there are some VERY faint marks on the screen that you can see when the screen is turned off... but you cannot see them with the screen on. The difference in "feel" (even with good screen protectors) is amazingly better, and I doubt I'll ever go back to using a protector again.

Just my 2¢ at least.

I pretty much agree with you Def, but I'm just too "anal" to allow those little scratches. And with my luck , I'd pick up something on the tip of my stylus and screw my screen up royally. I did that with my 3150 years ago and I'm STILL upset about it.

You are totally right about :the feel", though.

That's how I read it - 2 different cradles. I think I would buy the one with the travel cable even though I will buy a seperate cable when they are available. it's all about options.

Hey Def,
I can see your point. The screen is really sweet without a protector on, but I'm still glad I'm using a Boxwave.
I play Virtual Pool Mobile, and I've got a mark over the area where you have to repeatedly move your stylus to play.
My screen probably would be hosed without it.

Does anyone think there's a better screen protector than Boxwave? The only one that comes close is WriteShield. I used it for about two years and will never go back.

I use the dell ones. they are fine, assuming you use the dell stylus. They are scratch prone though.

Surely that means they are not fine! Get yourself some Boxwave (are much better than fine and are NOT scratch prone )and you will never look back.

I like the Brando ones. I get them because they ship to Canada for a good price to.
