No Screen Protectors?

Looking at Dell's site and accessories for the X50 there appears to be no Screen Protectors yet.

I'll be getting a boxwave as soon as they start selling them. They have over a month to start cutting the right size.

Welcome to Aximsite and good luck in your hunting for the x50 accessories.

guys, remember it just came out today, and it wont ship for over a month

most of the companies that make the accessories need a sample to be able to make things such as cases, sync cables, screen protectors, etc.

as soon as we start seeing the X50 getting in peoples hands, the companies will come out with the accessories

The screen is a new material that is scratch proof. no need for screen protectors with the x50.

I assume you are kidding?

Anyway, I like boxwave too. Isn't there already a device with the exact same size screen?

I just checked Dell's website and they are currently offering TWO Screen Protector solutions: one made by Dell and the other by Belkin.

Personally, I'd hold off for a BoxWave, myself... because I'm sure BoxWave will have an X50 Screen Protector available before your X50 even ships- with X50 ship dates well into November and into 2005!

Nope... never heard of those people.

But, honestly, you should just stick with Boxwave or Brando... but whatever you do DON'T BUY THE STANDARD DELL ISSUE SCREEN PROTECTORS! They're the crappiest, murkiest, muddiest, scratch-prone pieces of sh!t I've ever seen.

Not to good compare to boxwave according to some users in the office.

when you order the x50v you have a choice of standard cradle, or the travelers version, i assume the usb cable comes off for travelling. it was the second thing on the customize page for mine. (i ordered it, will let you know how it is).
