Does anyone have the Rhinoskin akuminum case for extended battery (2200 mah) that was included in last weeks' deals?
Thank you.
This on on ebay is the one I bought. Fits it like a glove. It's o.k., I would rather have a leather one better. But the one I have seen before are not the kind I like, or cost too much.
I have to commend the team at PocketSolutions http://www.thepocketsolution.com/ I ordered a holster case from them in mid-Jan for delivery to Ireland. One month later, having failed to receive delivery, I mailed the help desk. Anna (nice lady) undertook to mail me another case that day, which duly arrived 10 days later, at no extra charge.
The case is a great buy for c.$30 and the site is great for all mobile users, esp Axim users. Check it out!
OK Folks, have read almost all of this thread so far... Looking for a case that I can keep my PDA in all the time, but will sit horizontally on my belt. The cases I've seen all look like they swivel freely to maintain a vertical position, which is exactly the opposite of what I want!!!
I haven't been making them for a while. Earlier this year I switched positions at work and have been much busier ever since. On top of that I have to redo a bathroom at home that sprung a leak right above my work bench. Not sure when I'll get back to them or if I will. I try to get a few out here and there as requested but it seems to take me quite a while with my busy schedule.
It is always appreciated when someone takes the time to include our products in reviews and so far we have been lucky - over 11 years in the business and we are still selling leather belt cases, specially for you. :)
If you need a belt case for a device - and don't know where to find one - check us out. We are always willing to help.
Best to all.

Question regarding the Innopocket magnesium flip case and the Sena flip cases.
The Innopocket case, how does it close? It looks like a clip in lock on the bottom is that right?
I'm debating between these two cases, anyone have any advice? I like the sena because it has a magnetic close, but it is not as much protection as the innopocket. On the other hand, I've heard the innopocket has a weak belt clip and also the closing mechanism looks like it could be tricky each time to open and I'm wanting something to quickly open.
Any recommendations or advice would be greatly appreciated.
I haven't read the whole thread, but I have a rhino-skin alum for extended battery (I have a normal batt) but it works well, i accidentally threw my axim down the stairs(I spun around after closing my door and if slipped out of my hand) the pda popped out of the case and the battery cover and battery popped off/out but otherwise the Axim was unharmed.
So over the 4 years of my owning an Axim, I have dropped it countless times, sometimes on carpet, sometimes on concrete, and even once into a bucket of water. I have gone down a slide with it in my back pocket and my daughter in my lap. I have accicentilly left it on a space heater overnight, and on a balcony in the middle of January in Ohio. Amazingly, it's still ticking. I've soldered, glued, replaced and upgraded it SO MUCH that I'd consider it the electronic version of Frankenstien. It has treated me so well, and I want to return the favor. Cases are nice, but I want more! (I'm American). I am posting a question probably NEVER before asked, but here I go...
Is there ANY (preferably metal) replacement for the Dell Axim X51v PLASTIC CASE? I don't mean a slipcover case solution, but a whole new freakin couch for my baby's guts to lounge in safely. I am investigating button-cell battery/mounts to replace the dead capacitor... but afer that, it will be perfect. Even solved the digitizer alignment for good it seems.
I have the aluminum rhinoskin hard case and the interior rubber has developed a rather distressing odor. Has anyone else run into this and how have you dealt with it if so?
Did the rubber originally have that odor/odour? I would suggest some Fabreeze or some kind of spray.
