This is a great list.

It would be nice if the list also told which cases will accommodate the larger battery.

Piel Frama has relased their X50(v) case today! These cases will be available in Black, Two-Tone, Tan and Red Leather by the end of this month.

Dell offers what looks remarkably similar to the Otterbox crush/water/dustproof case on their site here in Ca. I've ordered it, but it's temporarily out of stock, (as are their CF256M).

Ordered and received my rhinoskin case in 3 days (to UK from US) from Aluron www.cases.com am VERY pleased with it much better than my innopocket was for the X5

Love the fact that it has two SD card holders on the inside though mystified as to why they are backwards (contacts out???)

Will the X50v fit in the X3i Case? ie if I order the X50v can I swap cases and use the X3i case with the x50 and give thje x3i to my wife and let her have the x50v case? The reason I ask is that I like the x3i slip case.

do you allways leave your dell in the case?

I'm clumsy so my unt is in the rhinoskin the moment there is a danger of me dropping on it or sitting on it.

I replace my mobile phones every 6-12months, although to be fair the last one just "wore out" usually its because of drop damage.

My X5 had the Aluminium case AND a leather case around that, but was so bulky I carried it around less, I'm hoping with the x50 to mostly leave it just in the rhinoskin :)

ok...just ran across this when looking for something else. I didn't look at Krussel's site, and your Krussel preorder link goes to another 3rd party order site...

So it sounds like these two are more like "universal" cases they have 'rebranded' as x50v custom cases?

Thats cool...I ordered mine quite a few days ago and have heard nothing as yet

. I noticed that the money has been charged to my credit card though...

I don't know if 3 days is normal and I'm just not lucky, or you got yours very quickly!

As we move closer to Xmas, everyone may experience some delays. I spoke to people at US Postal Service and UPS, both reported huge volume of shipments, earlier than usual. I cannot imagine how busy they will be in about two weeks.
