Complaint: Boxwave Out Of Business??
They must be... They don't send my order or return emails. Would you do business with a company like that. I want my money back.

EDIT by Howard2k - Added the two question marks. It is misleading

Oh yeah

I would LOVE to read the same opinion about dell grentz.

Boxwave messed this thing up. and they lied to A LOT of us. I CANT accept the busy statement when they are taking weekends and working STRICTLY 8h ships.

I wish I could do that, but it seems like Im really busy

I don't get it, Richard. Didn't they give you an order number to check the current status of your order? They did for me and it works fine. I ordered last friday, had it get shipped wednesday I think and will, unfortunately, have it arrive a business day or two after christmas. Though they can hardly be held responsible for that. So so far Boxwave's worked out fine for me.

The problem for me is not that they are busy it is the blatant misrepresenting ! The website maintained showing in stock while it was not, which caused delays that would have been known up front. Thosefalse expectations are what cause bad vibes from customers, well me at least and it seems a few others.

A moderator should change the title of this thread. It's very misleading.

I agree. Expressing dissatisfaction is one thing. But some folks seem to think that's productive protest.

Boxwave has always worked with me. Better than a lot of accessory outlets.

Same here. Have ordered from them for both an X30H and an X50V and they have had good customer service. Status on their site was accurate and received my products fairly quickly.

I was a bit annoyed that I ordered on the 2nd-3rd? and on the 9th my order was still 'preorder' when it said 'in stock and ready to ship' on the website. so i emailed them
Quote:
I was curious why my order status is 'PREORDERED' when the page for the ClearTouch Crystal for Dell Axim X50v says 'In Stock and Ready to Ship!'
and the reply i got was

Quote:
Thank you for your email!

I am sincerely sorry to hear that you have not yet received your package. The ClearTouch for the Dell Axim X50v is a popular demand. We are currently manufacturing more of them and they should be ready by early next week. I will ship your package to you as soon as possible. I thank you in advance for your patience and sorry for any of the inconvenience this may have caused you.
Completely understandable that its hot and they are back ordered.

NOT understandable that it was 'In Stock and Ready to Ship!' on the web page. They also charged my credit card the day i ordered

I was pretty irritated that i had to use a crappy screen protector i had laying around that was too small for almost 2 weeks when my order sat on their site for 2 weeks as preordered.

I was going to order a glare reducing one beginning of the year to see the difference, but due to the misleading stock information I think i'll just order a Writeshield Protector instead (Hey ppctechs! look at this great plug! 25% discount?? Lol )

I preordered my X50v protector. Was given shipping date. Got email that day to say it was shipped.

I found them excellent. But that does no help your health and temper I know.
