BoxWave's Situation: X50v ClearTouch Crystal
Hi everyone,

We now have produced over and above our usual amount of Dell Axim X50v ClearTouch Crystals to fill all orders. So all existing orders have been shipped and new orders are being processed as usual. You can look forward to receiving them shortly!

I ordered over $100 in accessories and my order has been delayed for the issue you outlined in your posted message. Can I get a credit to my account for the items. I still have not recieved them. I orderd:
- 3ea Crystal screen protectors
- 1ea sync/recharge cable with battery, A/C and car adaptors
- 1ea Minibud earphones

It would be nice of you to make up for they delay as your web site at the time said all items were "IN STOCK and ready to ship"

I apologize if this is not the right place to ask, but what is the life expectancy of these new screen protectors? I'm interested in not only the sellers opinion, but of users as well.

When you click on the add to cart, it does not work, takes you to a add page. If you click on your cart it tells you it is empty. Can you please check on this?

Boxwave,

What will you do for customers who were told items ordered were in stock, then told they were out of stock, then told they had shipped, but hadn't and then sent the wrong items and then told that was a mistake and the right item was supposedly shipped on the 14th but isn't here yet. All I wanted was one clear touch.

I have the anti glare protector on order. After reading all the negative posts I was a little concerned but not anymore. This is the kind of response I like to see from a company. Recognizing, fixing problems and actually apologizing is a BIG deal and to be commended. You sure don't see this kind of statement coming from Dell for their shoddy service, and thats exactly why Dells service stays as poor as it does.

Just got my crystal screen protectors, versacharger and sync cable today. They all work wonderful. The screen protector is fantastic and cables work as promised. Thanks Boxwave for a great product and for a sincere effort in maintaining customer support and good will. I think you guys have done a great job and thanks for the discount offers on earbuds too. :-)

I recieved my X50v about 2 weeks ago. Since then I have been very undecided as to who to order a travel kit and screen protectors from. After reading your post I decided that this was the type of company I would like to do business with and just finished up placing my order.

My x50v arrived before my screen protector but I received the crystal a few days later. I was just careful with my screen but I would be anyway I guess. I'm very happy with it the protector.

I really don't see the big deal made over this - it is JUST a screen protector! I am dependent on mail order supplies for my 2 year old's insulin pump - he was diagnosed with type 1 diabetes earlier this year - he is insulin dependent. Now when THAT kind of thing gets delayed it is a problem - when your screen thingee gets delayed well....whatever.

I have been pretty vocal about my disappointment in the customer service that BoxWave has provided. I think it is great that they have come forward with an explanantion and offers to offset the issues some of us had. I think the disappointment some us had is a sign of the high quality product that they put out. If it were subpar you would not see any complaints.

My only request is that Boxwave hurry up and come out with a black skin cover like I just got from your for my 4700. I love this case and want one for my X50v.
