These past weeks we've received an unusually high demand for the X50v ClearTouch Crystals. By far the greatest demand we've experienced so far for any ClearTouch model. It exhausted our in-house stock as well as our manufacturing team, and right down to our sources of unprocessed materials.
Due to the shortage experienced during these past 2 weeks, BoxWave has not provided the high degree of service as we’ve been accustomed to. I want to apologize to have let down these customers of ours.
