Bluetoot headset - would it work?
Hey!

I am thinking about buying "Logitech® Mobile Pro™ Headset" but was wondering if I will be able to use it with my handheld? I am interested in using Skype.

"Communicate clearly anywhere. Free yourself from tangled headset wires when using your Bluetooth mobile phone or PC, with Logitech´s Mobile Pro™ Headset. It is quick and easy to put on, and comfortable to wear. It has a quality speaker for excellent audio, and a noise-cancelling boom microphone for a quieter conversation even in noisy environments. Now Bluetooth® 1.2 compatible!"

Thanks!

Has anyone tried it?

Welcome to Aximsite, Tom!!
I have not tried this headset, but I'm sure someone here has and can give you some feedback.

...and I meant to add, is it possible to upgrade 1.1 to 1.2 if the x30 is 1.1?

No, and if you do a search on the X30 forums for Bluetooth headset..you'll find messages about the problems of running BT and Wifi together where Skype is concerned.

is that no that you can't upgrade or no that the x30 is not 1.2--is it 1.1 or 1.2 bluetooth?

Using a BT headset will work, since the X50v has both audio gateway & handfree profile. The important issue here is I NEVER ABLE TO ACITIVATE BOTH WiFi AND BT at the same time....
