Hey just wanted to hear some real life feedback on the Vaja case. I just got my Sena.... like it ... but dont love it. However, $75 is a lot of money to put down with no guarantee that I will be more pleased than I am with my Sena.

What do you not like about the Sena? I just got mine (solid black) and I'm really pleased. It fits the Axim really well, and it's a reasonably slim design.

I've never owned a Vaja, but I'm not sure that I'd pay $75 for any PDA case. But that's just me...

I ordered a custom made vaja case but it got lost by Fedex they delivered an empty envelope Christmas eve. As soon as I get the new will let you know.

I got X50 Vaja case . The leather quality and workmanship are the best I've ever seen.

how long did it take for your vaja to arrive from the day you put the order in?

also, do you feel bothered by the flip clamp on the back?

It took about 3 weeks. Vaja will inform you when the order is shipped. The flip clamp does not bother me at all. Here are more pictures of the case.

Wow! judging from the pics, i think Vaja is the best case maker out of all the others. Thats the Bentley of PDA cases! Too bad they didn't offer any pre-order deal or coupon. Must be an Argentinian thing? Can you place your X50 in the cradle and charge it with the gorgoues Vaja on? Thanks for the pics

I'm still debating on whether to get this case or not.. price aside, the only thing that bothers me is that the sides bottom sides of the Axim look fairly exposed to damages (if dropped).. i wish it had a bit more coverage like the Piel Frama... But, everything else, I REALLY like..

If you take price out of the equation, I think the next important thing that you should consider is weather you will be able to charge without having to take it out of the case.
I think Sena's the only brand that can be charged without having to take it out of the case. This is a VERY important feature for many people simply becuase its annoying having to take it out of the case every day to charge your PDA. And we know the x50 requires charging often due to its less than adaquate battery.

Charging with Vaja case is not really an issue for me. I can charge my X50V with sync cable or.

The bottom side openings are there for you to push the X50 out off the case since the case fits my X50V liked a glove.

After getting a Piel Frama and being very disappointed with its quality I'm seriously looking at vaja case...but adding sd slots, cushioning, belt clip pust the price up to alittle shy of $90 then $20 for shipping...and I have to really be able to justify the expence to my partner...who already beleives more time/money is devoted to my pda than her...

from 624axim pics, i'm very impressed with vaja quality.
price is not a big factor for me because i know i'm paying top notch product which will last longer than normal.
3 weeks or more process & ship times seem very long and i don't think i can wait that long. i'm travelling abroad next month.

anyone know where can i pick one up from store/someone that has ready made?

I didn't customize much. I just picked the color I like plus the SD and CC cutouts.
