I am new to all of this and was wondering what I should be looking at getting next.

If you plan on installing many programs I would recommend getting an SD card to install your programs onto.

Also, if you find you use your device very frequently a spare battery could be nice to have. You may want to wait a little while for prices to go down and aftermarket ones to show up on ebay.
