Where to find power cord adapter thing & Repeated removing from Rhiinoskin case
Where can I get the plug that fits the bottom of the x50 and the power cord? I have the DC cord and the AC cord, and I hate to keep moving the adapter plug between the house and the car. I know that I will eventually end up leaving it in one place and needing it in the other. Any idea where I can get an extra?

A solution to this would be to use the cradle instead of just the cable for charging while in the house, but I have to take it out of the rhinoskin case to use the cradle. It already has to come out of the case to go in the "car mount" that came with the GPS, so I am trying to avoid taking it in and out of the case so much - and there is my second question.... Are there any issues with repeatedly taking it in and out of the case? I know when it was brand new (only a week ago) it was a tighter fit in the case than it is now.

Thanks!

Is something like this what you are looking for? You might be able to find one cheaper on ebay.

I use this Charger Adapter for Dell Axim X50/X50v from Dell ($9.00) and plug in the AC power cord when at home. I use the cradle at the office.

hard to tell for sure from the pic on the Dell site, but I think that is what I am looking for - here is a quick low res scan of mine. Does this look like the one you have? It has to be it... I wouldn't have thought I could get it for $9.00 - cool.

What about the constant removing from the case? I still have to do that to use the car mount.

Yep, that's what I use. I keep the AC cord at home and plug in without taking the X50 out of the case.

BTW, I also have a travel sync cord that I leave plugged into one of my keyboard's USB ports on my office computer. When I don't want to take the X50 out of its case to place in the cradle, I just plug it into the trav sync.
