Circuit City has a rebate on their 1gig SD card by SanDisk which brings the price to $69.99 with free shipping. Is this a good deal and has anyone experienced any problems with SanDisk SD cards in their Axim?

What is the real difference between the regular 1gig SanDisk SD card, and the Ultra II Sandisk 1 gig SD card? Is there a real performance difference?

I think the 'ultra II' is usefull for digi cams to take pics faster, I dont think pda's can make use of the function though, although im not sure.

You are correct. The faster speed is the write speed not the standard slower read speed.

There are better deals out there than $70. Keep an eye on the Hardware Bargain section of the forums as members post some good deals when they find them. You can also look at rasputinj.com
