Hi, I've just bought my first PDA and went with the X50V after reading all of the reviews and forum threads. I'm not really sure of some things and would like some advice. First off I'm trying to find the Mugen 2200 extended life battery and I'm not having much luck finding it on the net, can anyone post a link to where I could find it and other cool hardware for the best price? Also, could you point me in the right direction for finding software designed for the unit? I'm wanting to add some stuff to my currently stock unit. Any suggestions for other good sites would be greatly appreciated. I'm willing to provide a free GMAIL invite to the person who helps me the most!!! Nothing like a good bribe right? :approve

To find the mugen battery, look either on www.aximcases.com under axim x50v or go to www.lionbattery.com

For good software software look at www.handango.com www.pocketgear.com www.astraware.com

grentz, last that I checked, Lionbattery was not selling Mugens. Has this changed?

I just ckecked, and they have it. It's the same price as the Dell, though. I don't know which is better.

As a bonus, they're about a half hour drive from my home. I'll call them to see I can pick-up the battery instead of waiting for it to ship.

I think on their web site they offer an aximsite discount of $10. I went to their home page and put x50v in the search box and it showed up there.
