Mad Rhinoskin case - total lack of support

I got a Rhinoskin case for my X50V, and less than a month later the screw on the belt clip falls out. It is the one located way up by the spring hinge, so it would be impossible to replace if I had the screw. I emailed customer service on 1/31 explaining what happened. The rep emailed me back asking for my address to send me another belt clip. I emailed him back the same day with my address. I again emailed him on 2/7. I emailed customer service this morning detailing my problem and lack of response, and have not heard from anyone. And now, while heading back to work after lunch, the other screw fell out, and my Ax took a header on a cement sidewalk. Not only is my Rhinoskin case beat up, but the door flexed enough to mar the silver finish on the front bottom of my Ax. Anyone else have any luck with this company?

Sorry to hear that.
I know a lot of people have had the same problem with the screws coming out. Many are trying glue and other things to keep the belt clip attached. I would guess that the company has been getting a lot of complaints - As they should. Best of luck.

Best bet - "Lock-Tite" (sp?) generally used for locking bolts & such in place on vehicles, but should work for a small screw like what Rhinoskin uses.
